We offer comprehensive shipping services from China to Iran: sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, rail freight, door-to-door delivery, customs clearance, and trade consulting.
Where is your office located?
Our head office is located in Shenzhen, China. We also have partners in Bandar Abbas and Tehran ready to assist you.
How can I track my shipment?
After shipment, you will receive a tracking number (Bill of Lading). You can inquire about the status via WhatsApp or email. Online tracking is also available for some routes.
What is the minimum shipment volume?
There is no minimum limit. From a single small carton to multiple containers. The shipping method (postal, air, LCL, FCL) is chosen based on volume.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates depend on the type of goods, weight, volume, shipping method, and route. For an accurate quote, send your shipment details via our form or WhatsApp.
How do I make payment?
Payment is made in stages: a deposit for reservation, and final settlement before delivery in Iran. Payment in both Rial and foreign currency is available.
Which shipping method is the cheapest?
Sea freight is the cheapest option (for large shipments). For small and urgent shipments, air freight or LCL is more suitable. Ask us for a detailed comparison.
Time & Process
How long does shipping take?
Sea: 25-40 days, Rail: 15-20 days, Air: 5-7 days. Exact time depends on the origin and destination cities.
Can I track my shipment online?
Yes, after shipment you will receive a Bill of Lading (BL) or tracking number. You can track your shipment position online.
What happens if my cargo is delayed?
Delays in sea freight sometimes occur due to weather conditions or port congestion. We always keep you informed. In special cases, compensation is provided according to the contract.
Documents & Customs
What documents do I need for shipping?
A valid Commercial Card, purchase invoice, and packing list. Other documents (Bill of Lading, certificate of origin, declaration) are prepared by us.
What goods cannot be shipped?
Prohibited goods such as alcoholic beverages, narcotics, and weapons. Some goods also require permits. See the full guide on our "Prohibited Items" page.
Is cargo insurance available?
Yes. Full cargo insurance from origin to destination is available. Insurance cost is usually 0.2% to 0.5% of the goods value.
